The policy of Beyond Real Wealth is to respond to customer complaints, disputes and problems quickly and take each complaint seriously. It is not intended to charge Beyond Real Wealth’s customers with documentation or documentation to resolve problems that arise in the normal course of business. We will respond quickly and decisively to all questions, questions and concerns that attract our attention.

All written complaints will be discussed with the appropriate functional area business employees. Appropriate staff will write timely responses for consumers and / or regulators. In general, the Corporate President will maintain a central complaint and response file unless otherwise indicated in this policy and the board of directors will review the new complaints and responses at a meeting of the board at least quarterly, but more typically in response to any complaint within 1 month.
